Despite being a designer, I recall wishing that someone would step in and handle the draining tasks involved so I could focus on the important emotional and legal aspects of the major life transition at hand. This personal experience inspired me to expand my services into a full Design Concierge role, offering the support and resources necessary to help others navigate the arduous tasks of transitioning their home environments.

As the Design Concierge, I provide relief by helping to develop a plan of action and then overseeing the timeline, relieving the burden of orchestrating the move so that each partner can focus on the priorities at hand. We step in to shoulder this burden, expertly managing the process with sensitivity and care, alleviating the laborious tasks of sorting, packing, storing, transporting, and unpacking so that the family home is fully prepared for living.

If the existing home needs to be sold, we transform it to achieve the highest possible selling price, working closely with real estate agents to determine the optimal marketing strategy, elevating the home with our impeccable home editing and staging techniques. If structural updates are required to maximize profits, we manage the timeline to ensure all work is completed on time and within budget and the home is market-ready within the suggested timeframe.

Our Turnkey Design Service is an all-inclusive offering that fully prepares a home for move-in. We handle everything from the overarching interior design to setting up the kitchen, bathrooms, and closets. We also dress the beds, treat the windows, and even stock the pantry and fridge with the client’s personalized preferences. We set up all utilities and service all systems, saving the time and hassle of being present for service appointments. Imagine the ease of only needing to bring personal essentials into a fully prepared home, where the move-in is seamless. Our mission is for our clients to step into a new residence that feels like home from Day 1.

What many fail to realize is that this transitional time offers the opportunity to redefine oneself while creating a new home.
